If your teenager has a weight problem, it will not normally just go away and a youngster may need help sooner rather than later; early intervention can avoid tragic health problems for them in the future including any academic success they may aspire too. There has never been a time when young people were more self conscious and obsessed with their own self image; a true recipe for future problems when weight is an issue.
